1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

Account data — your email, workspace name, and role.
Site data — the domains you connect and the pages we crawl and render on your behalf.
Analysis data — crawl results, generated recommendations, approved rules, and Recon mission artifacts.
Billing data — subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
Operational data — logs needed to run, secure, and debug the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: crawl and analyze your site, generate and apply the changes you approve, run missions you request, process billing, and secure and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Sub-processors

We share data with a small set of vendors strictly to operate the service:

Anthropic (Claude) — to generate recommendations and run mission LLM steps. Untrusted page content is fenced before it reaches the model.
Cloudflare (R2 / edge) — to store mission artifacts and serve rulesets.
Stripe — to process payments.
Hosting/database providers — to run the application and store your data.

4. AI and your content

Content we send to our AI provider is used only to produce your recommendations and mission outputs. We do not use your data to train foundation models, and our providers process it under their business terms, not for their own model training.

5. Tenant isolation & security

Every record is scoped to your workspace and isolated from other tenants. Secrets are stored in the environment, not in source. We use encryption in transit and apply least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a material breach as required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and operational needs. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to records we must retain by law).

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, with the updated date shown above.
