1. The service
SEOAmazing provides AI-assisted on-page SEO automation: a lightweight pixel that applies approved on-page changes at render time, a crawler that analyzes your site, AI-generated recommendations you review and approve, a prerender proxy for AI/search bots, and the Recon browser-agent missions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to install the pixel on, and permit crawling of, any domain you connect. One workspace (tenant) is isolated from every other; you may not attempt to access another tenant's data.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to target sites you do not own or lack permission to modify, to violate any law, to infringe intellectual property, to send spam, or to interfere with the service's operation or security. We may crawl and render only the domains you connect and authorize. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, run up disproportionate cost, or put other customers at risk.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Credit-based actions (such as Recon missions) consume prepaid credits at the rates shown in the app before you run them. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your content and changes to your site
You retain ownership of your site, content, and data. You grant us the permissions needed to crawl, analyze, render, and apply the changes you approve. On-page changes are applied only after you approve them; you are responsible for reviewing recommendations before they go live. We are not responsible for the effect of approved changes on your search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, pixel, and interfaces, is owned by us and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant specific SEO outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or other customers. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
